Leadership

George Eliopoulos brings a wealth of expertise in revitalizing challenged properties, demonstrating a proven track record in both acquiring and divesting real estate for personal and client portfolios. His strategic acumen in turning around troubled properties has significantly contributed to his reputation in the real estate sector. George is also an avid fly fisher and member of Trout Unlimited. His broad range of interests encompasses roaming the hallways of museums and listening to Jimmy Hendrix and Luciano Pavarotti but above all, attending his four grandchildren’s softball, soccer, and basketball games, dance recitals, and school plays.

Dimitri (Jimmy) Vattes, a Cornell University football scholarship alum, leverages his comprehensive management skills to oversee his family’s investment portfolio and spearhead development projects. His most recent success is the development of the tallest multifamily building in Bayonne, New Jersey, comprised of 128 units. He played a pivotal role in revitalizing the New York City chapter of CCIM and elevating it to national recognition. Also, Dimitri is a life-long Jets fan, dedicated tail gaiter, and coaches his 7-year old son’s football team.

John Theologis, has over 25 years of expertise in real estate management and financing, John Theologis brings deep knowledge of property operations, investment strategies, and complex financial structuring. He received comprehensive credit and underwriting training through leading global banks, including Citibank, HSBC, and Wells Fargo and has successfully financed a wide range of asset types—spanning residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. John’s career reflects a consistent ability to evaluate risk, secure capital, and deliver results across diverse market cycles. Also, John has acquired, renovated, and developed multifamily assets for his family’s portfolio. On a personal note, John is the Road Captain for his Harley Motorcycle Club, brick oven pizza maker extraordinaire, and a fan of fermented beverages.
